Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact weninewin@outlook.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Do not return an item before receiving return instructions.

Return eligibility

Contact us within 7 days after delivery to request a return. Eligible returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect, subject to applicable law.

Return shipping

For an approved return that is not caused by damage, an incorrect item, or a missing item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide instructions for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

Refunds

Orders are submitted without online payment, so no refund is due unless payment has subsequently been collected. If a payment has been collected and a refund is approved, we will confirm the refund method and expected processing time with you by email.
