These terms apply to your use of the Weninewin website and purchases made through the store.

Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Availability and information may be corrected before an order is accepted.

Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase and does not create an obligation to pay. Online payment is not collected at checkout. We review product availability, the actual 4PX shipping cost, and the final total, then contact you for confirmation. We may cancel or request additional verification for an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or an undeliverable address.

Customer information

Customers must provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information and review the order before submission. We may contact you to confirm details required for shipping or order review.

Cancellations, payment, and charges

To request a cancellation, contact weninewin@outlook.com as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started. Checkout uses “Submit order — no payment”; no online payment is collected. After review, we confirm availability, the actual shipping cost, the final total, and any applicable taxes or charges before requesting payment.
