Weninewin currently ships orders to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping method and cost

Shipping is not free. At checkout, a temporary $0.01 placeholder may appear as “Shipping quote pending — not free.” After you submit your order, we confirm the actual 4PX shipping cost and final total before payment. Orders ship from China and tracking is provided when available.

Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is approximately 13 days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs processing, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, and an incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Address changes and delivery issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
